From now on, you can have RSS feeds (Really Simple Syndication) from the forum. With this option, you can have live updates of the latest topics and posts. All you need is either a browser that supports this (Firefox does), or specific news aggregator program. You can even have the latest forum topics displayed on your desktop.

ooooo i just updated to IE 7 and it has an inbuilt feed reader.
