activator packet contains 1/8 tsp yeast
stabiliser packet contains 1 tsp bicarb
sugar fill line in 1/2 cup
water fill line is 400mL

i think this kit works so well because of the ladder shaped diffuser, not anything special in the mixture.

Yep, Kate, it's just a DIY CO2 recipe scaled down for the small container in the Hagen kit.

My Jello-o recipe with 2L bottles would work well with the ladder, too.

And by the way, glad the Jello one worked for you! I had a few batches that just wouldn't "set" too, but most of them actually solidified to the typical wiggly-jiggly jello consistency.

yeah i might try the jello one with it, it is really good, even if i cant get it to set to actually be jello lol
