Common periwinkle (Littorina littorea)

Is there any experience in keeping thease in a aquarium ? I got a similar snails (or this exact species) in my 20 liter saltwater tank at the moment.

Those snails are doing fine in my mini saltwater tank. They seems to accept the temperature in the tank without a problem. But as snails go, they are lazy. They are even more lazy then apple snails.

Still doing good. The snails appears to like stronger current better then a slower current, I think.

Still doing good, doing saltwater change every other day at the moment. Those snails appears to have good vision, but they can see me when I get close to there tank.

I got several color variants of those snails. Mostly white, few dark onces, few that have stripes and at least one that has dark red shell and few yellow ones. This type of snails is even more lazy then apple snails, sometimes they don't move at all for several days. They also tend to go above the waterline, close up and stay inactive for a long period.

I do hope that they can be in a aquarium for a long time. But so far everything is looking good.
