Update & apple snail on the cover of D&D

Since several people had emailed me asking about the status of the paper I menitoned a while back, I thought I'd give everyone an update here. It has been published by the Journal Diversity and Distributions, and it was selected for the cover of the July issue.

Thanks for forwarding me a copy. Ken, all I can say is WOW! While the article itself is heavy with scientific mumbo jumbo (Donya snacks on that stuff! ) I was fascinated with all of the precise steps that were taken and the end results. Great work! Bet Stijn would love to have a copy as well (he'll know what you are talking about too! ).
